Immune boost
I am perpetually sick. Being around young grandchildren most of the day does not help. I started using this product out of despair and it feels like it helped boost my immunity. I have had some sniffles since I started taking this probiotic but did not end up sick. Life is good.

Great product and Excellent customer support
I have been using Gut Mate for about 2 months now and I can definitely feel the difference. I started with 1 pill a day for the first 2 weeks, then I increased the dosage to taking 2 pills a day. The biggest benefit I have found is that I have not had any bloating issues. That alone is worth it!
And thank you Chris for your help! One of the best customer support experiences I have had in a long while. And I really appreciate you taking the time to explain how how your probiotics convert fiber into useful SCFAs for my colon. I had no idea. I thought eating fiber is only for keeping me regular, little did I know probiotics actually eat the fiber and covert them into these extremely important SCFAs that keep me healthy. Based on your recommendation I purchased MSPrebiotic fiber as well. I love it.

A reprieve from constipation
I suffer from chronic constipation and at a hemorrhoids. I have used Metamucil, psyllium husk, prune juice, increasing water intake etc but to no avail. I stumbled upon Gut Mate probiotics at a friend’s house and popped a pill. The next day’s bathroom visit was not as painful. So I decided to give it a shot. I do not remember the last time I felt pain free while sitting on the toilet. My stools look normal, pass smoothly and the hemorrhoid looks like it is on the path of healing. I am thankful for Gut Mate probiotics.

Great product for leaky gut
I have tried everything to address my leaky gut issue. From herbal supplements to eliminating certain foods causing digestive issues. They help for a while but nothing seem to completely address it. Finally a naturopath recommended a very specific probiotic called Lactobacillus plantarum 6595 which is proven to reduce gut permeability. I researched to find a good quality product that included this strain. I narrowed it down to Thorne’s FloraPro and Gut Mate probiotics. As I was comparing both, I realized that Gut Mate probiotics has 7 billion CFU (colony forming units), while Thorne FloraPro has only 1 CFU. Gut Mate has 19 more beneficial probiotic strains, while Thorne FloraPro only has 1 strain. I assumed that the pill size might be large because of higher CFU and strain count. I was pleasantly surprised that it was only 8 mm in size. So, I went ahead and purchased Gut Mate probiotics.
I have been taking them for a few months and I feel better, no gas or bloating. I feel more active, I am able to eat foods (gluten and dairy) that I did not do well with in the past. My bowel movements have been regular and my skin is clearer. I will be ordering more soon.
