You can return any unopened supplements you buy from us within 30 days – We do not issue refunds for products that are not returned or products returned after 30 days. They should be returned to us in the same condition that you received them.
When we receive your package we will credit the card you paid us with for the full purchase price of your product (excludes shipping and handling). We do not issue a refund for any tampered or damaged supplements.
Please be sure to contact us either online or by phone in order to arrange for your return prior to shipping the product(s) back to us. Once you ship the product back, please email us the tracking number so we can be on the look out for your package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
